Terms of Use

The terms on which grammateas.gr operates and on which the "Grammateas" service is provided to the businesses that subscribe to it.

Last updated: 12 September 2026 · This English version is provided for convenience; in case of divergence the Greek text prevails.

1. Who the parties are

The provider of the service is Retail Management Solutions, VAT number 801291892, Grammou 73, Marousi 15124, Greece ("we"). The customer is the business or professional who subscribes to the service ("you", "the customer"). The service is addressed to businesses and professionals, not to consumers for personal use.

Simply browsing the site means accepting the terms that concern the site. Activating a subscription means accepting these terms in full, together with the Privacy Policy and the Data Processing Agreement.

2. What the service is

"Grammateas" is an AI phone receptionist: she answers your business's calls, converses in Greek and English, books and changes appointments, takes messages, answers on the basis of the information you have given her and transfers the call to a person when needed. It is provided as a service over the internet (SaaS); no software is installed on your premises.

We improve the service continuously. Changes that do not materially reduce its capabilities may be made without notice; material changes are announced at least 30 days in advance.

3. Account and access

4. What the customer undertakes

By using the service, you state and warrant that:

In the event of a serious or repeated breach we may suspend the account, having first notified you — unless the delay would cause harm to third parties or to the platform.

5. Prices, charges, telephony

6. Availability and support

We target availability of 99.5% a month, excluding planned maintenance (announced 48 hours in advance and carried out outside business hours where feasible) and events of force majeure or faults in third-party networks (telecoms providers, cloud providers).

Support by e-mail and telephone on working days, 09:00–17:00. Enterprise plans may have an agreed response time (SLA) in their contract. If the service does not answer, your calls fall back to your phone system's existing flow.

7. Data and privacy

The data from your calls and your customers remains yours. We process it only in order to run the service, on your instructions, as set out in the Data Processing Agreement. We do not sell it, do not use it for advertising and do not give it away to train artificial-intelligence models. You may export it or ask for it to be erased whenever you wish. Details: Privacy Policy.

8. What the AI can and cannot do

Grammateas answers on the basis of the information you give her. She is designed not to invent: when she does not know, she says so, asks, takes a message or transfers the call. Even so, no artificial-intelligence system is infallible.

9. Liability

The service is provided with due care, but without a warranty that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. To the extent the law permits, our total liability for any claim within a twelve-month period is limited to the amount of the subscriptions you paid in the twelve months before the event giving rise to it.

We are not liable for consequential loss, lost profits, loss of goodwill or loss of data caused by factors outside our control (network faults, acts of third-party providers, force majeure). Nothing in these terms limits liability that may not be limited by law, such as for wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

10. Term and termination

11. Intellectual property

The software, the design, the texts and the "Grammateas" mark belong to us. With your subscription you acquire a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use for its duration. Copying, reverse engineering or reselling the service is not permitted without written authorisation. The content you upload remains yours.

12. Governing law and disputes

Greek law applies. Before any court action, both of us undertake to attempt a good-faith resolution within 30 days. Failing that, the courts of Athens have jurisdiction.

If any term is held invalid, the rest remain in force. For any matter concerning these terms: i.kotrotsios@rm.gr, tel. +30 210 3004011.
